Information for clients and contractors regarding the processing of personal data

Due to the fact that due to our cooperation, data may be provided that may deplete the definition 

of "personal data" Biuro Projektów BIPROSTAL Sp. z o.o. provides the following information regarding 

the processing of personal data:

According to art. 13 of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016 

(Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), we would like to inform that:

The administrator of personal data is Biuro Projektów BIPROSTAL Sp. z o.o. based in Krakow

at ul. Królewska 57;

1. Personal data will be processed in order to make contact pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 lit. f of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 as a justified interest of the data controller and the implementation of concluded contracts;
2. The recipients of these personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and entities involved in the cooperation process, and personal data will be stored until the end of our cooperation period, and after that for a period of time to recover claims between parties under the contract;
3. Persons whose personal data refers to have the right to request from the data controller access to personal data, the right to rectify it or limit processing, as well as to submit a complaint to the supervisory body, ie the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data;
4. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide the data may result in the impossibility to contact and perform the contract.
